Zhuangzi's Sky

The blue on blue of the sky
Holds the orange on orange of the why

The grey on grey of the sly
Coalesce to the white on white of the lie

The black on black of the spy
Leads to the green on green of the cry

The brown on brown of the sty
Contains the pink on pink of the spry

The yellow on yellow of the dry
Reflects the magenta on magenta from on high

All come and resolve to the fly
That is the blue on blue of the sky

Inspired the daoist philosopher Zhuangzi (369-286 BCE).
"And the blue on blue of the sky - is that the sky's true colour? Or is it just the vast distance, going on and on without end, that looks that way."
